SunLink Corporation Privacy Statement

Overview of our services
SunLink Corporation is a supplier of solar photovoltaic mounting systems, trackers, services and tracker performance monitoring software. Our products and technology are used to construct and operate utility-scale solar installations and to connect these installations to the Internet so that you and your customers can monitor and control these installations remotely, either directly through mobile or web based apps or in sync with other connected installations from other connected installation suppliers. We provide the communications technology that is embedded and on site at each installation and we also run the cloud based services that collect, hold and manage data from the connected installations and communicate between the connected installation and the customer.
The information we receive
In order to provide our services, we may receive data about users from different sources. From the user-based app or web interface, we may receive registration data such as your name, email address, IP address and physical address. Usage of the mobile app and web interface may provide data about your usage patterns regarding the connected installation. Data from the connected installation may include its service history, usage patterns and current state of operation, i.e. tilt angle, on or off, etc.
SunLink Corporation collects this information under the direction of our customers, and we have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data we process. We may receive information about you from other sources, including publicly available databases or third parties from whom we have purchased data, and combine this data with information we already have about you such as IP address. This helps us to update, expand and analyze our records, identify new customers, and provide installations and services that may be of interest to you.
How the information is used
We use the information we receive through our services to provide connectivity, control and feedback to the connected installation, you and your end-customer. Finally, we may provide connected installation state information to you and/or your customer through their mobile or desktop application to allow them to control the connected installation remotely.
